Policy
All orders are processed between 1-3 working days.
No refunds or excahnges due to hygine reasons.
If there is a problem with your order or in the event of recieving a faulty product, please feel free to contact us and we will be sure to help you.
If your product is faulty and you have arranged a return, please return the item in its original packaging.
You have 48 hrs from the date your item arrived to report your item as damaged or faulty, if it has passed this time a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will be sent to your card through the payment method you chose to pay with.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
You may wish to request to cancel your order 48 hrs after your order is placed. Once this time has passed you will not be able to cancel your order.
Please also check your address is correct once your order has been processed and sent it can not be changed.
